Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
1. Oracle Fusion PDH Implementation & Configuration Lead end-to-end
implementation of Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub (PDH) Cloud. Configure: Item
classes and item templates Attribute groups and extensible flexfields (EFF) Catalogs
and category hierarchies Item lifecycle phases and statuses Define product data
models aligned with business requirements.
2. Item Master & Data Governance Establish and manage item master data
governance framework. Define data standards, policies, and naming conventions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems. Manage item
creation, updates, and approvals via workflows.
3. Workflow & Approval Management Design and manage item approval workflows.
Configure: Change orders (ECOs) New item request processes Ensure proper control
and auditability of item changes.
4. Integration with Downstream Systems Ensure seamless integration with: Inventory
Management Procurement Order Management Manufacturing Costing and Financials
Enable accurate data flow across supply chain and finance processes.
5. Data Migration & Conversion Lead data migration from legacy systems using FBDI
/ ADFdi / import tools. Cleanse, standardize, and validate item master data. Perform
reconciliation and ensure data accuracy post-migration.
6. Reporting & Data Analytics Develop reports using: OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI)
BI Publisher Monitor: Data quality metrics Item lifecycle status Governance
compliance Provide insights for continuous data improvement.
7. Master Data Governance (MDG) & Compliance Establish enterprise-wide master
data governance policies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit
requirements. Support regulatory and reporting requirements tied to product data.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead a team of data stewards, analysts,
and consultants. Collaborate with: Supply Chain Engineering / Product teams Finance
and IT Act as a bridge between business and technology teams. Conduct training and
change management initiatives.
9. Process Improvement & Transformation Drive standardization and automation of
item master processes. Implement best practices for data governance and lifecycle
management. Support digital transformation initiatives involving master data.
Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Product
Data Hub (PDH) Deep understanding of: Item master data structures Product lifecycle
management (PLM concepts) Data governance frameworks
Technical & Functional Skills Experience with: Extensible Flexfields (EFF) Item
classes, templates, and catalogs OTBI, BI Publisher Data migration tools (FBDI,
ADFdi) Integration knowledge across Fusion SCM modules Leadership Skills Team
management and mentoring Strong stakeholder communication Data governance and
problem-solving mindset
Experience Requirements 8-12+ years in ERP / Master Data / Supply Chain 4-6+
years in Oracle Fusion PDH or Item Master Experience in 1-2+ full Fusion
implementations Consulting experience preferred (Big 4 is a plus)
