MEDICAL DEVICE AND SURGICAL PRODUCT SALES EXECUTIVE
Core Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals (doctors, surgeons, and pharmacists) on the benefits, specifications, and clinical applications of your medical products. [1, 2]
- Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas by actively prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals within a defined geographic territory. [1, 2, 3]
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key medical personnel and hospital administrators. [1, 2]
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of medical devices. [1]
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze field sales data, and provide management with insights to refine sales strategies. [1, 2]
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, manage inventory/replenishment orders, and submit regular progress reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
