Job Title: Expert – Operational Excellence
Objective: Drive operational excellence by identifying, prioritizing, and executing process improvement and automation opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels, and enable sustainable business growth
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunity for Automation and process improvement
- Translate identified opportunities into structured projects with defined scope, objectives, and expected benefits
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Work closely with Operations teams to validate requirements, processes, and impact
- Partner with Technology/IT teams to design and deploy digital or automation solutions
- Lead end-to-end project implementation from ideation to rollout
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

- Exposure to automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate will be considered an added advantage
