Retail Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage sales at the Guzaarish showroom. The person will interact directly with customers, understand their gifting requirements, recommend suitable products and actively work towards converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide a warm, premium showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and occasions and recommend suitable hampers, gifts and gourmet products.
- Actively convert customer enquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Explain product options, pricing, customisations and gifting combinations confidently.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Assist customers with wedding, festive, corporate and personal gifting requirements.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries, quotations and sales records.
- Coordinate with the operations and packaging teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Ensure products and displays in the sales area are properly presented at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail/customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable, confident and comfortable interacting with premium clientele.
- Target-oriented with a genuine interest in sales.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, billing systems and computers.
- Experience in gifting, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, home décor, hospitality or similar categories is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
