Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the hiring requirements for different positions.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Search for suitable candidates using various recruitment sources.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring activities.
- Support onboarding activities for newly selected employees.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
