About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager – Sales to drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and manage sales opportunities across the video surveillance and electronic security segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, corporate and government clients.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate leads, conduct customer meetings and drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable video surveillance, security, AI and technology solutions.
- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for product demonstrations, proposals and solution presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documentation.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Track opportunities, sales pipeline and customer interactions through regular reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management.
- Experience in Electronic Security, CCTV, Video Surveillance, VMS, AI, IoT or IT/Technology Solutions will be preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Exposure to enterprise and/or government clients is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and work with technical teams.
- Strong relationship-building and business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
Preferred Candidate Background
Candidates from companies working in CCTV, VMS, video surveillance, electronic security, access control, AI/IoT or enterprise technology solutions would be highly relevant.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
