HR & Trainer – Roles and Responsibilities (Chit Fund Company)
The HR & Trainer will be responsible for managing human resources functions and training activities to support business growth and ensure employee performance.
1. Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and selection of staff for branches and head office
- Conducting interviews and onboarding new employees
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files
- Handling attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Conducting performance appraisals and maintaining reports
- Supporting disciplinary actions and employee retention strategies
2. Training & Development Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting training programs for new and existing employees
- Training staff on chit fund operations, collections, and customer handling
- Educating employees on company policies, procedures, and compliance
- Developing training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Conducting product knowledge and sales training sessions
- Evaluating training effectiveness and employee performance improvement
- Providing field training and on-the-job guidance
- Organizing workshops, meetings, and refresher training programs
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
