Job Summary
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the dealership workshop, ensuring efficient service operations, customer satisfaction, technician productivity, workshop profitability, and compliance with Mahindra service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and vehicle repair activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and high service quality.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop KPIs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts and Warranty teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Mahindra guidelines.
- Drive revenue growth through labor sales and service packages.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations.
- Strong leadership, customer handling, and workshop management skills.
- Experience in Truck & Bus dealership operations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
