Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and develop strong industrial client networks
- Identify and close new business deals for industrial plastic moulded and injection moulded products
- Develop business ideas, growth strategies, market roadmaps, and execution plans
- Expand business opportunities in electrical, electronics, automotive, agriculture, sports, and commercial plastic sectors
- Handle B2B sales, OEM customer development, dealer network expansion, and key account management
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with strong revenue growth performance
Coordinate with tooling, production, quality, and design teams for customer requirements and new product development
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industrial trend studies
- Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures
- Build long-term relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and manufacturing partners
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasting, and business development presentations
- Support branding, exhibitions, and promotional activities for market expansion
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in industrial plastic moulded and injection moulded product sales
- Excellent business development, strategic planning, and execution capability
- Good understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and plastic moulding operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and business expansion strategies
- Strong client handling, relationship management, and revenue generation capability
- Knowledge of OEM business development and industrial supply chain coordination preferred
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ 10+ Years’ Experience in Industrial Sales & Business Development
✔ Proven Sales Target Achiever & Revenue Growth Performer
✔ Experience in Polyresin / Resin / 3D Printed Products Preferred
✔ Strong Knowledge of Industrial Plastic Moulded & Injection Moulded Components
✔ Experience in Electrical & Electronics Plastic Parts Industry Preferred
✔ Knowledge of Auto Components, Agriculture Plastic Products, Sports & Toys Plastic Manufacturing Preferred
✔ Strong Business Strategy, Planning & Execution Skills
✔ Ready to travel for business development activities
