About the Role
This is a high volume inside sales calling role in a D2C model. Leads will be provided. The profile requires strong follow ups, structured conversations, and consistent closing ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads
- Make a minimum of 150–250 calls per day
- Maintain daily talk time between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Conduct 10–15 minute sales conversations with a strong closure focus
- Upsell and cross-sell wherever possible
- Maintain CRM properly and update basic Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in inside sales or telesales
- D2C or e-commerce background preferred
- Comfortable with 150–250 calls daily
- CRM experience mandatory
- Basic Google Sheets understanding
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and disciplined mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
