Role Overview
- Position: HR Manager
- Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks to source high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
- Design and implement smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive, productive work culture.
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in both Recruitment and Core HR Operations.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in handling job boards (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in an urgent hiring environment.
