About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic person to interact with customers and support our CRM activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram and calls
- Handle basic customer queries and follow-ups
- Assist with orders, exchanges and returns
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the team for customer-related issues
- Support customer engagement and CRM activities
