Position: Senior Data Engineer (ETL/ELT)

Role Summary:-
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design,
build, and optimize scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will
have strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes, Python, SQL, and cloud
platforms, along with hands-on experience in modern data tools and
frameworks. This role requires working closely with cross-functional
teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data solutions that power
analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
* Build robust data ingestion frameworks from multiple sources like
ERP, CRM, APIs, and databases
* Transform raw data into clean, structured datasets for analytics and
reporting
* Develop and maintain business metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
* Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring
systems
* Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost
efficiency in cloud environments
* Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI Engineers, and Product teams to
deliver end-to-end data solutions
* Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best engineering
practices
* Support CI/CD processes and code reviews
* Explore and integrate AI tools and automation to enhance data
engineering workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong experience in Python (PySpark, pandas preferred)
* Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization,
performance tuning)
* Hands-on experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines at scale
* Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
* Hands-on with modern data platforms like:
* Snowflake
* Databricks
* BigQuery
* Strong experience with:
* Apache Airflow (workflow orchestration)
* Apache Spark (big data processing)
* Kafka (streaming data)
Nice to Have
* Experience with AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
* Knowledge of Java and design patterns
* Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
