Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packer / Dispatch & Data Maintainer to support production operations. The candidate will be responsible for product packing, dispatch activities, inventory record maintenance, and accurate data entry of production and dispatch records.
Key ResponsibilitiesPacking Activities
- Pack finished goods according to company standards.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Dispatch Activities
- Prepare dispatch materials as per delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport partners.
- Verify dispatch quantities against invoices and challans.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation.
Data Maintenance
- Update daily production and dispatch records in Excel/Google Sheets/ERP.
- Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and documentation.
- File and maintain production and dispatch documents.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
