We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PGT History Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make history engaging and meaningful for senior secondary students. The teacher should be committed to creating a positive learning environment and supporting students' academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach History to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and historical understanding.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students.
- Use interactive teaching methods, presentations, maps, timelines, and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in History from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Relevant teaching experience as a PGT History Teacher is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Salary
₹33,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.)
