Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing online jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven ability to generate organic traffic, leads, and sales through various digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and online orders using SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, influence collaborations, and other organic growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Growth & SEO
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, product pages, blogs, and metadata.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO activities, including backlink-building strategies.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and execute content calendars focused on engagement and conversions.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase followers, reach, and organic sales.
- Track social media performance and optimize content based on insights.
Content Marketing
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
- Develop storytelling strategies that highlight jewelry collections, customer experiences, and brand values.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, creators, and brand advocates.
- Manage influencer outreach and partnership campaigns.
- Build and nurture online communities to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
E-commerce & Marketplace Optimization
- Optimize product listings for improved search visibility and conversions.
- Monitor customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, engagement, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to improve organic order generation and customer acquisition.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, Pinterest marketing, and short-form video content.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer acquisition funnels.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working with D2C, jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of generating organic traffic and online sales growth.
