We are looking for a Learner Success and Solutions Manager who can ensure that learners have a smooth, engaging and meaningful experience across our programmes.
This role combines learner engagement, programme coordination, assessment administration, content support and consultative guidance.
Role Overview
The Learner Success and Solutions Manager will support learners from the time they enrol until they complete the programme.
The person will track learner progress, understand individual learning and career needs, help learners stay engaged, support programme delivery, coordinate assessments and recommend relevant Able Ventures programmes or solutions where appropriate.
This is not a pure sales role. It is a learner-focused role that requires strong relationship management, programme coordination and the ability to guide learners towards suitable development solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearner Onboarding and Engagement
- Onboard learners into programmes and explain the learning journey, timelines, assignments, assessments and certification requirements.
- Build strong and professional relationships with learners.
- Communicate regularly with learners through calls, email, WhatsApp and learning platforms.
- Ensure that learners receive session links, programme materials, assessment instructions and other required information on time.
- Respond to learner queries and resolve programme-related concerns.
Learner Progress Management
- Track attendance, assignment completion, assessment status and overall programme participation.
- Follow up with learners who are falling behind or becoming disengaged.
- Understand the challenges affecting learner progress and provide appropriate guidance.
- Encourage learners to complete programme requirements within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain updated learner progress trackers and programme records.
- Escalate important learner concerns to the programme lead.
Understanding Learner Needs
- Speak with learners to understand their roles, career goals, capability gaps and professional-development needs.
- Identify areas in which learners may require additional support or development.
- Guide learners towards relevant resources, programmes, certifications, assessments or solutions.
- Make recommendations based on the learner’s genuine needs and professional goals.
- Maintain records of learner requirements and follow-up actions.
Solutions Advisory
- Develop a strong understanding of Able Ventures programmes, certifications, assessments and organisational solutions.
- Explain programme benefits, structure and outcomes clearly to learners.
- Identify learners who may benefit from advanced programmes or additional solutions.
- Conduct consultative conversations with interested learners.
- Coordinate with the sales or leadership team when detailed commercial discussions are required.
- Track learner enquiries, recommendations and conversions.
Programme Coordination
- Prepare and maintain programme calendars, schedules and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate with facilitators, assessors, programme leads and internal team members.
- Ensure that presentations, workbooks, assignments, exercises and learning resources are ready before sessions.
- Manage attendance, session communication and learner follow-ups.
- Ensure that programme activities are completed according to schedule.
- Support the smooth delivery of virtual and in-person programmes.
Content Development Support
- Assist programme leads and subject-matter experts in developing and updating learning content.
- Conduct basic research for programme modules and learning resources.
- Help prepare presentations, workbooks, case studies, exercises, assignments and reflection questions.
- Review content for clarity, consistency, grammar and alignment with programme objectives.
- Incorporate learner and facilitator feedback into programme improvements.
- Maintain organised and updated programme-content folders.
Assessment Administration
- Set up assessments on the relevant assessment or learning platform.
- Upload participant details and create learner groups.
- Configure assessment timelines, access details and report settings.
- Share assessment links and instructions with learners.
- Track assessment completion and send reminders.
- Support learners facing technical or access-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of learner and assessment data.
Assessment Reports
- Download individual and group assessment reports.
- Verify that reports have been generated correctly.
- Organise, rename and store reports according to the defined process.
- Share reports only with authorised learners, facilitators or client representatives.
- Maintain report-generation and report-distribution trackers.
- Coordinate assessment debriefs where required.
- Support the preparation of basic programme and assessment summaries.
Feedback and Programme Improvement
- Collect learner feedback during and after programmes.
- Review learner participation, completion patterns, assessment performance and common queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve programme communication, content and learner experience.
- Prepare programme-completion summaries.
- Share learner insights with programme leads and the leadership team.
- Contribute to improving learner satisfaction, completion rates and programme outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour or a related field.
- Certification in Learning and Development, instructional design, competency mapping, assessments or coaching will be an advantage.
Experience
- Three to six years of experience in Learning and Development, learner success, programme management, training coordination, EdTech or learning operations.
- Experience in managing professional learners, working professionals or corporate learning programmes is preferred.
- Experience with learning-management systems, assessment platforms, CRM tools or programme-management tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in assessment administration, competency-based programmes or psychometric reports is desirable.

Reporting Relationship
The Learner Success and Solutions Manager will report to the Programme Head or Business Head and will work closely with facilitators, assessors, content experts, programme managers, sales teams and operations colleagues.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
