Job Summary:
Fillip Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, analytics, and online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, rankings, and lead generation through effective SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO techniques.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry practices.
- Manage online reputation and brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with analytical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with website management and CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva/graphic/Photoshop/ Coral Draw/ Video editing tools is an advantage.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
