Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, and F&F settlements
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliations
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and taxation
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain and update employee data on Keka HRMS
- Ensure smooth documentation, BGV, and HRMS workflows
- Manage attendance, leave, and policy implementation via Keka
- Drive process improvements for operational efficiency
Compliance & Statutory:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory filings
- Support internal/external audits and compliance checks
- Maintain proper documentation for legal and audit purposes
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
