Could you be the full-time Regional Business Process Expert - Finance we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and skilled teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless implementation and optimization of business processes in your region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Business Process Owners, Material Planning and Procurement Key Users, IS&T referees, and the GSI Project team), monitor incidents and defects raised by sites, provide training and support to Key Users, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing training sessions and coaching Key Users during implementations, but also validating training guides and consolidating performance indicators to drive improvements.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing support to Key Users within your region
Monitoring and addressing incidents and defects raised by sites
Proposing process upgrades and solutions to the Global Business Process Owners
Animating and sustaining the Regional Key User networks
Assessing Key User competencies and managing their skill development
Managing usage control and ensuring proper system utilization

Bachelor of Engineering degree
Experience or understanding of SAP Finance (SAP FI/CO/PC module)
Knowledge of BI
Familiarity with the integration of MM module with SD/PP/PM/FI/CO modules within SAP
A SAP Certification (preferred)
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and Qliksense
Strong communication and operational leadership skills
Proficiency in English language
IT skills including MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and MS SharePoint
