Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare emails, reports, presentations, MOMs, and follow‑ups
- Coordinate with internal teams: Export Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance
- Track key orders, shipments, deadlines, and escalations
- Communicate with international clients, suppliers, banks, and agencies
- Maintain MIS reports, contracts, EXIM documents, and compliance records
- Handle travel planning, expenses, and logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality and support governance activities
- Prioritize information and assist in special projects

- Smooth schedule and priority management

- Accuracy of reports and documentation
- Professional communication and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Graduate (Commerce / Business / Management / Arts)
- MBA or EA certification – preferred
Experience
- 4–6 years as Executive Assistant / Director’s Assistant
Skills & Competencies
Technical:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Business communication and reporting
- Basic EXIM knowledge; ERP/CRM familiarity
Behavioral:
