Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, sincere, and career-focused candidate for the position of HR & Finance Operations Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR coordination, recruitment support, operational finance activities, documentation, reporting, and internal process management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, professional ethics, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Handle interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Manage onboarding and joining formalities of employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and operational updates
Support recruitment and day-to-day HR operational activities
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records
Finance Operations
Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
Maintain finance-related MIS reports and operational records
Coordinate regarding fee submissions, payment tracking, and documentation
Support account reconciliation and basic operational finance activities
Ensure accuracy in financial records and operational data management
Operations & Coordination
Maintain and update operational reports and trackers
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow management
Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks
Support management in daily operational and administrative activities
Handle professional communication via calls, emails, and internal coordination
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email Communication
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional attitude with disciplined work ethics
Dedicated, sincere, and responsible towards work
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Graduate is mandatory
MBA Finance Freshers may also apply
Candidates with CA Inter Dropout or CS Dropout background will be preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Candidate should be unmarried
No further educational engagements or side commitments preferred
Candidate should be fully focused on the job and long-term career growth
Immediate joiners will be preferred
