Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers with their queries, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (Freshers can apply).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and patience to handle customer issues.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
