Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced System Administrator (NOC Admin) to monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Network Management Systems (NMS), troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring maximum network availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network health and server infrastructure using NMS tools for uptime, latency, and performance.
- Configure and maintain NMS dashboards, alert thresholds, and custom monitoring solutions.
- Perform fault detection, incident analysis, escalation, and resolution.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, bandwidth, and configuration issues across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational reports.
- Implement and validate network changes during maintenance windows.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Security Operations teams to resolve network-related security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory Certification
- OEM Certified on NOC Solution (Tier-One DCN/NMS)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
