Qualifications
* B.Com (Preferred)
* M.Com
* MBA (Finance)
* CA Inter / CA CPT (Candidates pursuing also considered)
Experience
1 – 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Additional Requirements
* Age: 21 – 28 years
* Immediate joiners preferred
* Basic knowledge of accounting software required
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
* Must sign a 2 year employment agreement
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions in Tally and MS Excel
* Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and receipts
* Assist in managing petty cash and expense records
* Support purchase and sales entries, and basic journal entries
* Verify invoices and assist in tracking payments
* Assist with bank-related tasks (deposits, NEFT/RTGS preparation)
* Maintain proper financial documentation and GST filing
* Support monthly closing and reconciliation activities
* Prepare basic MIS reports and expense trackers
* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Skills Required
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness to learn and take guidance
