We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create engaging digital experiences that drive customer engagement and conversions. The successful candidate should have strong expertise in responsive web design, and modern design tools, along with a proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality web design projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects.
- Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Optimize website graphics, images, and visual elements.
- Conduct usability testing and improve user experience (UX).
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven 3+ experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience designing responsive websites.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
