Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help create a positive work environment while ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal tracking.
- Organize employee engagement, training, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment status.
- Coordinate with external agencies, recruitment partners, and statutory authorities as required.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of applicable labor laws and statutory compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax (as applicable).
- Experience in organizing employee engagement and learning & development initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
