Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Configure workflows, UI Policies, ACLs, CMDB, integrations, and scripting.
- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Prepare technical design documents and provide implementation estimates.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Agile teams.
- Support production deployments and continuous improvements.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, UI Policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Understanding of GRC/IRM concepts and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Experience with JavaScript utilities.
- Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI.
