· Trainer’s key responsibilities
o Conducting an initial assessment test (or placement test) to confirm the entry level of the candidates.
o Device a course plan that will fit within the course duration suitable for the development of the candidates and ensure their achievement of B2 level proficiency. (and also enables them to attend the B2 Goethe Zertifikat examination with confidence)
o Deliver the daily lectures, consult the queries and doubts from the candidates.
o Conduct regular tests and observe the development of the candidates, report the progress to the commissioning party, and make necessary changes as required for the benefit of the candidates.
o Organise and facilitate language-based activities (eg: reading stories aloud and writing excerpts, quiz, elocution, group discussions etc.) for the candidates, so that they can improve their language skills in an informal manner.
o Mark the daily attendance of the participants and report on a weekly basis.
o Advice the commissioning party for any actions if needed.
o Conduct a final internal test and report the proficiency of the candidate in detail.
· Training materials, including Netzwerk and Klett books
o Books suitable for achieving B2 level proficiency and supports the exam preparation for Goethe-Zertifikat, telc etc.
o Eg: Aspekte neu B2; Kontext B2 etc.
o Kursbuch, Uebungsbuch, Pruefungsvorbereitungsbuch expected.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
