Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth through direct market engagement. The role involves extensive field travel to meet clients, build relationships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or distributors (as applicable)
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-ups (CRM/reporting)
- Coordinate with the sales team and management on strategy and targets
Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred (if applicable to fieldwork)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is a strong plus, especially for candidates transitioning into broader field sales
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device sales
- Existing network with doctors, chemists, or hospitals in the region
