Key Responsibilities
WE NEED TAMIL AND KANNADA SPEAKING CANDIDATES
- Make inbound & outbound calls to explain our pesticides and agri products.
- Answer customer queries in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate call records.
- Regularly update customer information and report daily progress to the team.
- Support the sales team to drive customer engagement and product awareness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kannada And Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage, but freshers can apply.
- Knowledge or background in agriculture is a plus.
- Minimum education: 12th pass (HSC) or above.
