Collaborate with Csuite executives and department heads to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with business goals and drive synergies across departments.
Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation, promoting a culture that embraces digital innovation and agility.
Use datadriven insights and digital tools to improve customer engagement, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences across all channels.
Ensure that digital solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations, managing risk effectively in the digital landscape.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and continuously optimize digital solutions.
Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless digital implementation and support.
Qualifications: Bachelor�s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master�s degree or MBA with a focus on technology or digital transformation (preferred). Certifications in digital transformation, project management (e.g., PMP), or relevant technology fields (advantageous). Min 20 years
