KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd., a leading and fast-growing NBFC, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead operational excellence initiatives and contribute to the growth and efficiency of a dynamic gold loan business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities across branch networks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor branch performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective control measures.
- Drive operational efficiency, process standardization, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support business growth through effective operational planning and execution.
- Prepare and present operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards to management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations within a Gold Loan NBFC is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of NBFC operations, compliance, and branch administration.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience in handling large-scale branch operations within the Gold Loan industry.
