Performance Marketer – Dongle & Co.
About the Role
Dongle & Co. is looking for a Performance Marketer who understands both data and content. The ideal candidate should be able to drive measurable growth through paid advertising while collaborating with the creative team to develop high-performing content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Drive leads, sales, reservations, subscriptions, and brand awareness for client accounts.
* Monitor and improve key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
* Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies.
* Work closely with content creators, designers, and strategists to develop ad creatives that perform.
* Contribute to content ideation, campaign planning, and creative direction.
* Identify content trends, hooks, formats, and messaging that can improve campaign performance.
* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
* Set up and manage tracking through Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
* Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
Requirements
* 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
* Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and creative strategy.
* Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
