We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth in the real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing strategies, handling high-value clients, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and managers.
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during property transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for senior management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
