Job Overview
Best Practice Academy is looking for dynamic, result-driven Sales Executives to drive our franchise expansion. In this role, your primary responsibility will be utilizing digital marketing channels and leads to pitch, sell, and establish new Best Practice Academy franchise centers.
This is a purely performance-based sales role where your earning potential is directly tied to your capability and the number of successful franchise acquisitions you secure.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Lead Management: Follow up actively on inbound leads and inquiries generated through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
Pitching & Consulting: Present Best Practice Academy’s franchise model to prospective partners/investors and convince them to set up a new center.
End-to-End Sales: Own the entire sales funnel—from initial lead nurturing to onboarding and closing the franchise deal.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly franchise setup targets.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English to effectively consult with potential investors.
Digital Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of how digital marketing leads work and how to effectively nurture them.
Sales Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and target-oriented attitude with high convincing power.
Remote Setup: Must have a reliable smartphone, a laptop, and a stable internet connection to manage work seamlessly from home.
Salary & Compensation:
Important Note: This is a 100% Performance-Based Role. There is no fixed base salary. Your monthly payout depends entirely on the volume of sales/franchises you successfully bring in.
Potential Earning: ₹8,000 (Base Incentive structure) + up to ₹5,000 (Expenses/Allowances) = Total up to ₹13,000 per month (Based entirely on successful sales closures).
No Upper Limit: Since the payout is tied directly to performance, your earning potential increases with every franchise you close.
