We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain the details clearly to customers over the phone. Prior experience in telesales is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the business plans.
Understand customer needs.
Provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. No Targets.
Maintain records of calls, customer details.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 10th / Any Graduate.
Experience: 0 - 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English
