Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling and telecalling activities.
- Introduce company products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain relationships.
- Update lead status and customer details in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meeting schedules and updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Prepare and share daily activity reports with the manager.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred).
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and email.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
Salary:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance
