With a strong distribution network and commitment to quality, we serve dealers, distributors, builders, architects, and contractors across multiple markets.
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence, strengthen channel partnerships, and drive sales growth within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
- Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to builders, contractors, architects, and retailers.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and territory performance reviews.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for dealers and sales partners.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve market issues promptly.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–8 years of sales experience in building materials, PVC products, plywood, laminates, hardware, sanitaryware, paints, tiles, or related industries.
- Proven experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Existing network with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur)
