The roleis responsible forleading the team tosupport andmaintaintheAmgenVeeva Vault Platform.The role will be involved indefiningAmgen’s Veeva Vault Platformsupportstrategy,guiding technology decisions, and ensuringtimelyservice isprovideto the Amgen VeevaVault platform users and their issues are resolved.
The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordof leadership in technology-driven environments, managing technology platforms, digital transformation initiatives,andhavea passion for fostering innovation and excellence in the biotechnology industry. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional and global teamsis required toensure seamless integration and operational excellence. This role demands the ability to drive and deliver against key organizational strategic initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, and deliver high-quality results in a matrixed organizational structure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifyand mitigate architectural risks, ensuring thatthe platformisscalable, secure, and resilient
Maintainknowledge base of Veeva issues, including principles, standards,user guides,and models
Accountablefordesigning andbuildingcustomizations&configurations on the Platform as per the business needsincluding,creating custom objects, fields,workflowsandSDKs
Responsiblefor strategizing Platform Integrations while adhering toconsistent integration standards and patterns,designingintegrationworkflows, buildingconnectors,centralizingbuild & run andexecutingconsistent DevOps model forintegrations
This position requires you to work a later shift and may beassigneda second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, asrequiredbased on business requirements.
