About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle complete digital marketing activities and support business growth through quality lead generation and lead conversion.
The candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, client call handling, reporting, and conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads through digital channels, handle client calls professionally, understand client requirements, and help convert leads into meetings, proposals, or business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
Generate quality leads through Google Ads, SEO, social media, and other online channels.
Track lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion rate.
Work on strategies to improve cost per lead and overall campaign results.
Coordinate with the sales and business development team for qualified leads and follow-ups.
Google Ads
Create, run, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Handle Search, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Write and improve ad copies for better performance.
Monitor budget, bidding, conversions, and campaign results.
Prepare weekly and monthly Google Ads performance reports.
SEO
Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Perform keyword research for website pages and blogs.
Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links.
Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and organic leads.
Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO improvements.
Work on backlinks, local SEO, and website performance improvements.
Client Call Handling & Lead Conversion
Handle client calls professionally and understand their business requirements.
Explain company services clearly and guide clients toward the next step.
Follow up with incoming leads through calls, emails, or messages.
Convert qualified leads into meetings, proposals, or business opportunities.
Maintain lead status, remarks, and follow-up records properly.
Share qualified leads and client requirements with the sales team.
Social Media Marketing
Plan and execute social media marketing activities.
Create ideas for posts, creatives, ads, and promotional campaigns.
Improve brand visibility on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
Support paid social media campaigns for lead generation.
Reporting & Analysis
Track leads, calls, conversions, website traffic, rankings, and ad performance.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports for campaign performance.
Suggest improvements based on data and results.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Ability to handle client calls and convert leads into business opportunities.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
Ability to work with sales, design, content, and development teams.
Preferred Experience
3–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience in Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, and client call handling.
Experience in service-based business marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of WordPress, landing pages, CRM, and email marketing will be a plus.
