The objective is for operation support, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, software support, system diagnostics, engineering assistance, and health monitoring of the complete Fire Detection & Alarm Protection System.
Duties Include: Daily Monitoring, Breakdown Maintenance, Software Support, Detector Testing, Network Maintenance, Graphic Workstation Support, Spare Parts Management, Training, Documentation, Safety Requirements.
The Resident Engineer shall submit:
- Daily Activity Report
- Weekly Status Report
- Monthly Maintenance Report
- Breakdown Reports
- Root Cause Analysis Reports
- Configuration Backup Records
- Software Backup Records
- Preventive Maintenance Checklists
- Quarterly Health Assessment Report
- Annual Performance Report
Qualification of Resident Engineer
The deployed Resident Engineer shall possess:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Bosch Fire Alarm Systems.
- Knowledge of Bosch AVENAR/FPA configuration software.
- Experience in Ethernet/CAN communication and OPC integration.
- OEM training/certification on Bosch FDPS systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
