About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken F&B and Hospitality professional with strong knowledge of hospitality operations, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate should have a relevant qualification in Hospitality / Hotel Management and the ability to manage operations while contributing to business growth, customer engagement, marketing initiatives, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B and hospitality operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain high standards of guest experience, service quality, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, customer retention, and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales and business development initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization confidently in meetings, client interactions, networking events, and business discussions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in F&B and/or hospitality operations.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, smart, and professional personality.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and close business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
