Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Safe Ride Health Support process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving safety-related concerns, and delivering professional customer service through voice support. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and safety-related complaints via calls
- Assist customers with ride and support-related concerns
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and customer-focused service
- Resolve issues by following standard operating procedures
- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics
- Work effectively in rotational shifts
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory
- Strong communication skills (B2 level preferred)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- International BPO experience preferred
- Age limit: Up to 35 years
