Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers, partners, and system integrators.
Manage relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Promote and sell networking products such as switches, routers, wireless solutions, security solutions, structured cabling, and related IT infrastructure products.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solution design and project execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in business development/sales of networking products or IT infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of networking technologies, enterprise networking, wireless solutions, and IT hardware.
Experience in channel sales, partner management, and enterprise customer handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Experience
Experience with networking brands such as Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, Juniper Networks, Fortinet, or similar vendors.
Existing customer network in Surat and South Gujarat region.
Experience in enterprise, SMB, or channel sales.
Pay: ₹13,947.71 - ₹58,166.17 per month
