About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Gen AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI to build and deploy scalable AI-powered backend applications. This is a development-focused role, and we are seeking a hardcore developer, not a solution architect.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop AI backend applications using Python.
* Build RAG-based solutions with LangChain.
* Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI.
* Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications.
* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of software development experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with *Python, RAG, LangChain, and FastAPI*.
* Experience with LLM integration and REST APIs.
* Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
* Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
* Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
