About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the front line of our expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and building meaningful relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to turn cold prospects into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking events.
- Outreach: Conduct door to door and on field marketing while also creating a network. Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce our products.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs to refine our sales strategy.
- Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to align messaging and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospects in our CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience: A "hunter" mentality with the persistence to overcome objections and stay motivated.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred, but we are open to ambitious recent graduates.
