Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Production to play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing management of our new manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead production operations, implement effective operational strategies, ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve efficient, cost-effective manufacturing from day one.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. Prior exposure to new facility setup or project management will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and ERP/WMS systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project for production planning, scheduling, and project tracking
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
Budget: upto 45 to 50k
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
