Senior Analyst / Tech Consultant

A candidate with 6-8 yrs of experience in this field. Specialist in MS Dynamics CRM who knows best practices of when to build custom functionality v/s use standard CRM features or power apps. Can create power apps and potentially simple BI reports. Able to work with business users and analysts to customize CRM and setup dashboards. Can work with the Dynamics Marketing Module. A self-driven & customer focused candidate who can work in challenging environment will be preferred.
