- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management and team supervision.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in bicycle sales and a good understanding of various bicycle brands.
- Cycling: A strong personal interest and knowledge of cycling is essential.
